A new Senate bill would allow President Obama to declare a cyber security emergency and seize private networks—effectively giving him a kill switch on the Internet. This is yet one more step towards totalitarian control of the country. Are we living in the United States of America or did I inadvertently move to some post-Cold War communist /fascist country?
